Mass Gatherings

Mass gathering permits are required for public events that 500 or more people are anticipated to attend and remain at for 2 or more hours AND are held at a site that is different from the designed used and usual type of occupancy for that site.


Mass Gathering Permit applications (click to download) need to be submitted at least 15 days prior to the first advertisements of the event and at least 30 days prior to the start of the event to avoid late fees.
