Ending Nicotine Dependence (END)

The Ending Nicotine Dependence (E.N.D.) Program is an 8-module tobacco-cessation program for teens 18 years of age and younger. It was developed in Utah by a team of tobacco-cessation experts in an effort to help adolescents reduce and quit tobacco use. In addition to building skills and knowledge concerning tobacco use and cessation, the E.N.D. Program also focuses on management techniques, communication and decision-making skills, goal-setting ideas, and better overall physical health. A wide variety of specific teaching techniques are implemented in the classes.
