The mission of Safe Kids Weber-Morgan/Safe Communities Coalition is to make the Weber-Morgan Health District a safe place for children by preventing injuries and fatalities through:

  4. 4.  Establishing Private and Public Partnerships

Safe Kids Day

The goal is to raise awareness about the cause of child injury prevention. Too few parents, kids, and caregivers know that preventable injuries are the number one killer of kids.


Educational event for the community that promotes injury prevention, safety awareness, and health and wellness in a variety of different areas.


An opportunity to bring together organizations to educate the community on important topics pertaining to injury prevention.


Lots of fun activities that are interactive for kids and families.


There are free giveaways, entertainment, and much more.


Over 5,000 people have attended each year.
