The Prediabetes Class is a free, group session designed to help individuals learn ways they can prevent or delay the onset of Type 2 Diabetes. We will provide education, resources, motivation and emotional support to help get your started on your journey. For more information, email CHW@webercountyutah.gov. This class will be followed by a Health Fair presented by Utah Valley University students who will provide FREE blood pressure and blood glucose tests.
