SCHOOL CLINICS: Starting February 2, we will be provide H1N1 vaccine at 77 Weber-Morgan area schools. Siblings and parents are invited to attend.

We are offering H1N1 and Seasonal Flu vaccine daily, by appointment in our 1st Floor Clinic. Call 801-399-7252. We can block out group appointments for families and co-workers.
You are also encouraged to check with your healthcare provider to see if they are offering H1N1 and/or Seasonal Flu vaccine.
