FLU INFO: PREVENTION AND CARE
The Weber-Morgan Health Department is working in partnership with medical providers, laboratories and pharmacies to monitor the number of novel H1N1 influenza cases in our area. But we need the public's help to curtail the oubreak in our community.
Stop the spread:
There is no evidence this illness is linked to eating pork. It can be transmitted by coming into contract with sick animals and/or people. Antivirals may be effective for treating the symptoms of influenza and may be obtained from your physician.
